We are led by Olivia Angsioco, a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience leading finance teams of small-medium enterprises in the hospitality and tourism industries.

We have a passion for numbers and understand the hospitality industry. We know it is not all about counting the revenue and monitoring food & labour costs, it is mostly about getting the menu pricing right, having a reasonable costs of best quality ingredients and most importantly having bums on seats.
